What is changing in the fee structure?
We are introducing a percentage-based fee. This means that, instead of charging a fixed fee for each shipment, we will charge a fee that is a set percentage of the total transport revenue for each shipment.
Why are we making this change?
The percentage-based fee allows our charges to scale according to the value of the shipment. This aligns our fees more closely with the revenue generated from each shipment, making it fairer for both smaller and larger shipments.
How will this affect my shipment fees?
Your costs will vary based on the transport revenue of each shipment. The fee will be calculated by applying a fixed percentage to the transport revenue of each shipment.
Here are two examples:
- Shipment A: Transport revenue of €300 with a 8% fee would result in a fee of €24,-
- Shipment B: Transport revenue of €2000 with a 8% fee would result in a fee of €60,- (Due to the €60 price cap).
Will this impact the quality of service?
No, the change in fee structure does not affect the quality of service we provide. We are committed to maintaining the same level of reliability and support for all shipments, regardless of the fee structure.
How will I see this fee reflected in my invoices?
The percentage fee will appear as a line item on each invoice, calculated based on the transport revenue for that specific shipment. Each invoice will clearly display the transport revenue and the corresponding percentage fee.
Is there a minimum or maximum fee per shipment?
Currently, there is only a maximum limit on the percentage-based fee. This cap is set on €60,-
